anacondaの仮想環境にspyderをインストールする方法

実現したいこと

spyderをインストールしたい

発生している問題

・navigator から spyderの installを選択、baseの方はinstallできたが、作成した仮想環境ではinstallができなかった。
・terminal（仮想環境）を開きconda install spyderと入力したら以下のエラーが起きました

試したこと

この仮想環境を使ったブラウザはすべて閉じて行った。
