【Flutter】TabBarのunselectedLabelColorプロパティを効かせたいです。

前提

TabbarのunselectedLabelColorを使って、非選択時の色を変えたいのですが、変わりません。
調べたのですが原因がわからないため、こちらで質問させていただきます。どうすればunselectedLabelColorを使って非選択時の色を変えるのでしょうか？
