vagrantにPHPのインストールをしたい

実現したいこと

vagrant にPHPをインストールしたい。

前提

https://net-newbie.com/phpext/2-env.html
こちらのサイトを参考にPHPのインストール作業を行っておりました。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

./configure --enable-debug --with-openssl --enable-mbstring --readline-devel

とサイトと同じように手順を踏もうとすると

configure: error: unrecognized option: `--readline-devel' Try `./configure --help' for more information

とエラーが出てしまいます。

試したこと

yum install readline-devel

でreadline-develのインストールを試みましたが

とあり、すでにインストールされている様子でしたのでどうすればいいのかわからない状況です。
