nagisaのインストール時のエラーについて

nagisaをpipインストールしようとしたところ、以下のようなエラーが出ました。

調べたところによるとdynet?が対応するpythonのバージョンでないとうまくいかない？とかなんとか・・
対処法よろしくお願いします。
