Windows上でDockerの「docker-compose up -d」でエラー

実現したいこと

WindowsでDockerを動かせるようにする

前提

Dockerのインストールまで行ったのですが、「docker-compose up -d」でエラーが発生してしまいます。

試したこと

エラーを見ていくとMysqlのインストール部分でつまずいていそうなのですが、調べてみて出てきた「-debianをつける」「apt-get を apt add」にするといった方法では特にエラーメッセージも変わらない状況です。
