moduleのlabelmeがpipを使用してもインストールできず困っています。

前提

MacOSでjupyternotebookを使用していますが、moduleのインポートができず困っています。

実現したいこと

labelmeのmoduleをjupyternotebookで使用するためにpipを使用してインストールを行いたいのですが、下記のようなエラーが生じてしまします。

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

試したこと

conda install labelmeなど他にネットで載っている方法も試したのですが解決できませんでした。
